This page is maintained by LionHeart Transformative Coaching LLC to set the rules and expectations for using The Sovereign Install.

Agreement to terms

By purchasing and using The Sovereign Install, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the program.

Digital product delivery

The Sovereign Install is a digital coaching program delivered as a PDF guidebook, fillable companion, and audio files. Access is delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files. We recommend saving them to a device or cloud storage you control.

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout by the third-party payment processor you select. All prices are in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day completion-based refund. To request a refund, complete the full 21-day protocol and submit your completed Lived Evidence Log to chris@crec.team within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available without the completed log. We offer this policy because the program works when it is run, and the evidence is what proves the change.

Intellectual property

All content in The Sovereign Install — including the guidebook, companion, audio sessions, methodology, and branding — is owned by LionHeart Transformative Coaching LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program for your own transformation. You may not redistribute, resell, reproduce, or create derivative works from the materials.

Educational disclaimer

The Sovereign Install is an educational coaching program. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health care. It complements, but does not replace, the advice of qualified professionals. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LionHeart Transformative Coaching LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LionHeart Transformative Coaching LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the program after changes means you accept the updated terms.
